This Privacy Policy describes how Screen Ruler (“the App”) handles information on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.
On-device measure. Calibration and ruler values stay on the device. We do not operate a measure server.

Information we process
- Calibration and measures you enter — processed on-device. Not uploaded to us.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP
com.vasaserafin.ruler.noads or SUBS com.vasaserafin.ruler.noadssub; legacy com.vasaserafin.ruler.adsfree still entitles). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on primary screens; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after the hard-coded calibrate / save cadence. Paid / No Ads = no ads. UMP consent is requested before ads where required.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your calibration or measurements to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account to measure.
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes local calibration, saved sets, and settings. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Because measure data is stored locally, deletion is typically achieved by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact vasa_serafin@hotmail.com.
