These terms cover the Android apps and browser tools published by Vasa Serafin and listed in the app catalogue. Each app's own privacy policy describes what that app does with data; this document covers the rest of the relationship.
None of these apps require registration. Where an installed app can be opened in a browser, it issues a short-lived PIN authorising that browser session; the PIN is tied to the install that issued it and is not a long-lived credential.
Because identity is tied to the install rather than an account, we cannot restore your data or your balances to a new device. Reinstalling, wiping, or replacing the phone loses that device's data. This is a deliberate trade for not holding accounts, and it is not a fault you can ask us to reverse.
Paid options are sold through Google Play billing. We never see or handle your payment details. A purchase removes advertising in the app it was bought for and unlocks that app's paid features. Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy, not by us — request them through the Play Store. Where a purchase is a subscription, it renews and is cancelled through your Play account.
Some apps share a coin balance used to start sessions of certain features. Coins are a convenience mechanism inside the software.
Several of these apps are network and security tools — port scanning, WHOIS lookups, packet timing, LAN discovery. Use them only on networks and systems you own or are authorised to test. You are responsible for that authorisation. Do not use any app here to break the law, to interfere with services you do not control, or to circumvent another party's security.
The health-category apps are personal logs and calculators. They are not medical devices, do not provide diagnosis or treatment advice, and must not be relied on in an emergency. Talk to a qualified clinician about your care.
Most apps work fully offline and keep working regardless of our servers. Features that need a server may change or be withdrawn. We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and continued use after that date means the updated terms apply.
The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for data loss arising from the install-bound model described above. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
