No accounts. None of these apps ask you to register. There is no email, password or sign-up. Where an app can be opened in a browser, the installed app issues a short-lived PIN that authorises that browser session — the PIN is not a long-lived credential and is tied to the specific install that issued it.
What that means for your data. Because identity is tied to the install rather than an account, reinstalling the app, wiping the device or moving to a new phone loses that device's data. That is a deliberate trade for not holding accounts.
