This Privacy Policy describes how Vertigo PT (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.
On-device practice card. The last Gaze-hold note (before/after 0–10 and optional text) stays on the device, and we do not operate a health server. This is a personal log and practice card. It does not diagnose or treat. It is not a medical device. Seek emergency care now for a sudden severe headache, double vision, slurred or garbled speech, facial droop, new weakness or numbness (especially on one side of the face, arm, or leg), difficulty walking or severe imbalance, new hearing loss, eyes jerking vertically or changing direction, or fainting or loss of consciousness.

Information we process
- Last practice note — before/after scores and optional text stored on-device in app-private preferences. Not uploaded to us.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP
com.vasaserafin.vertigopt.noads or SUBS com.vasaserafin.vertigopt.noadssub). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on menu, card, and settings; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after hard-coded action counts (every 5th card action). UMP consent is requested before ads.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your notes to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account.
- We do not diagnose or treat any condition.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract — providing the practice card and ads-free features you request.
- Consent — personalized ads in Lite where required (Google UMP).
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes the local note and settings. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Local deletion is typically achieved by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact vasa_serafin@hotmail.com.
