This Privacy Policy describes how PageStitch PDF (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.
On-device files. PDFs, images, QR payloads, and vault files you open are processed on the device. We do not operate a document server.
Summary
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Offline-capable. Merge, arrange, QR, edit, and vault run on your device without our servers.
- No cloud AI or machine learning.
- Local data stays local. Uninstalling removes app storage, including the on-device vault.
Information we process
- Documents you open — merged, arranged, edited, or stored in the vault on-device. Not uploaded to us.
- Vault password — used locally to unlock sealed files. We cannot recover a lost password.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP
com.vasaserafin.pagestitch.noads or SUBS com.vasaserafin.pagestitch.noadssub; legacy adsfree still entitles). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on primary tabs; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after hard-coded merge/QR counts. UMP consent is requested before ads.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your PDFs to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account for merge, QR, or vault.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract — providing merge, QR, edit, vault, and ads-free features you request.
- Consent — personalized ads in Lite where required (Google UMP).
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes local documents, vault blobs, and settings. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Because documents are stored locally, deletion is typically achieved by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact vasa_serafin@hotmail.com.
