This Privacy Policy describes how Home Inventory (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.
On-device box lists. Box names, rooms, and notes you enter stay on the device. We do not operate a cloud inventory or backup server.

Information we process
- Box lists you create — name plus optional room and note, stored in app files on this phone. Not uploaded to us.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP
com.vasaserafin.homeinv.noads queried INAPP+SUBS, or extra SUBS com.vasaserafin.homeinv.noadssub). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on Boxes and Settings. A full-screen ad may show on first open and after every 5 box add, rename, or delete actions. UMP consent is requested before ads.
- Network access — the App uses INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to load Lite ads. It does not send box lists to us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your box names, rooms, or notes to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account to keep an inventory.
- We do not sync lists between devices.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract — providing on-device box lists and ads-free features you request.
- Consent — personalized ads in Lite where required (Google UMP).
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes local box lists and settings. Android backup is not enabled for this App, so lists do not restore from a cloud backup. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Local deletion is typically achieved by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact vasa_serafin@hotmail.com.
