This Privacy Policy describes how Flow Sketch (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.
On-device diagrams. Nodes, edges, lanes, and exported files stay on the device. We do not operate a diagram or collaboration server.
Summary
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Offline-first. The canvas, lanes, and JSON store run on your device without our servers.
- No cloud AI or machine learning.
- Local data stays local. Uninstalling removes app storage, including saved diagrams.
Information we process
- Diagrams you draw — nodes, edges, lanes, and labels stored on-device. Not uploaded to us.
- Exports you make — JSON, PNG, or SVG written or shared from the device. We do not host those files.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP or SUBS
com.vasaserafin.flowsketch.noads; extra SUBS com.vasaserafin.flowsketch.noadssub) or Pro (com.novapulse.flowsketch.pro). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on the canvas; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after every 5th node you add. UMP consent is requested before ads.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your diagrams to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract — providing the canvas, export, and ads-free features you request.
- Consent — personalized ads in Lite where required (Google UMP).
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes local diagrams and settings. Files you already exported or shared remain until you delete them. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Local deletion is typically achieved by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact vasa_serafin@hotmail.com.
