This Privacy Policy describes how File Compressor (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.
On-device compress. You pick one file with the system picker. The App writes a ZIP or GZ via the system save dialog on this phone. Files over 100 MB are refused and nothing is written. We do not operate a file-storage server. This version does not pack multiple files and does not password-protect archives.

Information we process
- Picked file — read on-device to write a ZIP or GZ you choose to save. Not uploaded to us.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP
com.vasaserafin.filecomp.noads or SUBS com.vasaserafin.filecomp.noadssub). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on the primary page; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after hard-coded action counts (every 5th compress). UMP consent is requested before ads.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your files to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account.
- We do not provide cloud backup, multi-file archives, or password-protected zip in this version.

- Contract — providing on-device compress and ads-free features you request.
- Consent — personalized ads in Lite where required (Google UMP).
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes local settings. Files you save with the system save dialog stay where you put them. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Local deletion is typically achieved by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact vasa_serafin@hotmail.com.
