This Privacy Policy describes how Cipher Wrap Sandbox (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.

- Last wrapped blob — stored on-device in app-private preferences. Plaintext and passphrase are not written to disk.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP
com.vasaserafin.e2eechat.noads or SUBS com.vasaserafin.e2eechat.noadssub). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on menu, wrap, and settings; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after hard-coded action counts (every 5th wrap). UMP consent is requested before ads.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your message or passphrase to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account.
- We do not send messages or open rooms in this version.

Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes the last wrapped blob and settings. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
