This Privacy Policy describes how CPAP Log (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.
On-device personal log. The last night (hours on therapy 0–24 and optional AHI note) stays on the device, and we do not operate a health server. Personal log only. This app does not diagnose or treat. It is not a CPAP machine and is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for a clinician.

Information we process
- Last night — hours on therapy and optional AHI text stored on-device in app-private preferences. Not uploaded to us.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP
com.vasaserafin.cpap.noads or SUBS com.vasaserafin.cpap.noadssub). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on menu, log, and settings; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after hard-coded action counts (every 5th log action). UMP consent is requested before ads.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your night log to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account.
- We do not diagnose or treat any condition.
- We do not connect to a CPAP machine.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract — providing the personal log and ads-free features you request.
- Consent — personalized ads in Lite where required (Google UMP).
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes the local night and settings. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Local deletion is typically achieved by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact vasa_serafin@hotmail.com.
