This Privacy Policy describes how Concussion Log (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.
On-device personal log. The last checklist (five ticks 0–6, total, and optional note) stays on the device, and we do not operate a health server. Personal log only. This app does not diagnose or treat. It is not a medical device and is not emergency care. Seek emergency care for worsening consciousness (harder to wake or less responsive), vomiting more than once, a seizure, one pupil looking bigger than the other, slurred or garbled speech, new weakness or numbness (especially on one side of the body), a headache that keeps getting worse, neck pain, or unusual behaviour or confusion. It is not a substitute for a clinician.

Information we process
- Last checklist — five named ticks (headache, dizziness, nausea, fog, sleep), a summed total, and optional note stored on-device in app-private preferences. Not uploaded to us.
- Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP
com.vasaserafin.concuss.noads or SUBS com.vasaserafin.concuss.noadssub). We store a local entitlement flag only.
- Advertising (Lite only) — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on menu, log, and settings; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after hard-coded action counts (every 5th log action). UMP consent is requested before ads.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload your checklist to our servers.
- We do not require a cloud account.
- We do not diagnose or treat any condition.
- We do not provide emergency care or return-to-play clearance.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract — providing the personal log and ads-free features you request.
- Consent — personalized ads in Lite where required (Google UMP).
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes the local checklist and settings. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Local deletion is typically achieved by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact vasa_serafin@hotmail.com.
